Whether you’re navigating anxious thoughts, self-doubt, past trauma, or challenges in your relationships, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel both understood and empowered. I specialize in helping individuals and couples strengthen their relationships, foster deeper intimacy, and find greater satisfaction in their romantic lives.
My work often supports clients facing sexual dysfunction, imposter syndrome, self-esteem concerns, and difficulties building or maintaining healthier connections—whether in friendships or partnerships. I am trained in Sex Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, and the Gottman Method, which I integrate into my work with couples to address communication breakdowns, intimacy struggles, and patterns that may be keeping you from the fulfilling relationships you want.
I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a double minor in Sociology and Counseling at the University at Buffalo. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach blends Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I believe no two clients are alike. Together, we’ll think creatively, set meaningful goals, utilize healthy challenge, and discover new ways forward—whether that means healing from the past, strengthening self-worth, or cultivating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
