I view therapy as a space where clients can experience genuine acceptance, understanding, and meaningful growth. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be both compassionate and effective—supporting clients in developing practical tools to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create positive, lasting change in their lives.
I am a New York–licensed therapist providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to clients across the lifespan. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming care as part of my commitment to inclusive, identity-affirming treatment. I have experience working with young adults, queer clients, and young people with multi-system involvement, and I strive to meet each client where they are with respect and openness.
My clinical approach is collaborative and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique goals, strengths, and needs.
I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment that is grounded, supportive, and affirming—one where clients feel safe exploring difficult experiences while also building skills that foster resilience, growth, and a more fulfilling life. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you in creating meaningful change.
