Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially while navigating transitions, expectations, relationships, and the pressures of daily life. My goal is to offer a genuine, supportive space where you can speak openly, better understand yourself, and feel more equipped to manage life’s challenges.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work closely with each client to tailor treatment to their individual needs, strengths, and goals. Whether we are building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, or working through difficult emotions, I strive to help clients develop practical tools that feel realistic and sustainable beyond the therapy room.
I have over five years of experience working with youth and young adults from diverse backgrounds, and I value building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships. I especially enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and young adults navigating ADHD, OCD, anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, learning differences, life transitions, and interpersonal or academic challenges.
I aim to create a therapeutic environment where you feel understood, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to grow in ways that feel meaningful to you.
