You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Perhaps you’re constantly overthinking, putting pressure on yourself to get everything right, struggling with your emotions, or noticing the same patterns affecting your relationships. You may be navigating burnout, low self-esteem, a major life transition, or the challenges of ADHD and neurodivergence. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to who you are—not a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to your struggles, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools that help you feel more confident, regulated, and in control. My approach incorporates evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD-related concerns, stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to neurodivergence. I strive to create a therapeutic space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without feeling judged or having to “have it all together.”
I earned my MSW from Rutgers University and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build meaningful skills, and make changes that translate into your everyday life.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need to be willing to take the first step.
