With a decade of experience in the corporate world, I take an integrative, client-centered approach grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals, with an emphasis on providing practical tools and strategies that support lasting growth and help manage symptoms more effectively.
I’m drawn to working with people across the lifespan that are coming to therapy to address relational issues, process trauma, explore their identity, strategize about their careers, and address substance use. I also provide affirmative, culturally responsive care for LGBTQ+ individuals, supporting both monogamous and consensual non-monogamous relationships as clients explore their sexuality and connection with others.
As we work together, you can expect a balance of reflection and forward movement, as we seek to understand the deeper patterns that shape your experiences while also building practical ways to create change in your day-to-day life. Over time, my hope is that you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and more able to build the relationships and life that feel authentic to you.
