For more than 25 years, I’ve guided individuals and families through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral concerns, career struggles, and relationship difficulties. In my work with individual clients, I help people deeply understand the roots of their struggles and find relief from issues such as anxiety disorders and low self-esteem.
